            In March 2007 I  initiated proceedings at the Bulgarian Prosecutor's authority to request an investigation on organized and systematically implemented by all post-communist governments criminal state strategy, consisting in: eugenics (eugenetics), socio-medical genocide, medicated genocide, pension genocide, educational-professional genocide, intellectual  genocide, social and economic genocide, state terrorism (state terrorist violence), extrajudicial killings, and many other forms of daily mayhems and assassinations -  genocidal violence and extermination of citizens of Bulgaria.

            On the basis of neutrally described and served by me facts and circumstances taken for granted from official sources of information,  I put forward the thesis, that

            while during the classical Communist government from September 1944 to November 1989 in Bulgaria was carried out selective class communist genocide on separate  groups and sections of the population,

            but after camouflaged political changes of November 1989 to date, including July 1, 2002 so far,

            in Bulgaria a total post-communist genocide is committed on all Bulgarian citizens,

            in result of which apart from the normal mortality and emigration

            from the demographic map of the Bulgarian state lack 1,850,000 Bulgarian citizens, victims of the ongoing genocidal state strategy.

            In response to both this and most of my overall sociopolitical and specific legal defense  activities  

            not only me personally, but all of my family members were and still are subjected to secret operational activities of the Bulgarian special services,

            and a culmination of these secret events

            was performed on me on June 21, 2010 IN FRONT OF THE SOFIA COURT PALLACE

            drastically crippling assault (having the nature of an attempted murder),

            for the preparation of which he himself the Premier (Prime Minister, the Head of the Government) has been previously and officially duly warned by a written text,

            but in favor of the criminals had not taken anything for the performance of his constitutional obligation to provide security for Bulgarian citizens.

            Since on taken by me back in March 2007 procedure for investigation of the described crimes was undertaken ABSOLUTELY NOTHING,  

            copies of the file, consisting of 382 pages were duly sent by me

            to The European Court of defence of human rights at Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France,

            as well as to The Prosecutor at The International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.

            I specify as well that the named text file from p.1 to s.337 was released as a book that has the following bibliographic parameters:

            With this formal text applied here by me I send to the referred addressees a new packet of documentary descriptions of genocidal type of criminal violations on the Bulgarian population; this package contains (consists of) 91 pages of documentation.

            Please pay particular attention to the fact that:

            *** within the two strictly scholarly investigations Prof. Pencho Penchev, PhD, has made explicit and very clear comparison between the characteristics of the Bulgarian post-communist genocide and genocide in Rwanda;

            *** within the rigorous scientific research of Prof. Bozidar Fotev, PhD, are analyzed parameters of the intellectual genocide in post-communist Bulgaria.

            With the above I urge again The Honorable Prosecutor at The International Criminal Court to take action to start criminal proceedings against the Bulgarian government and its responsible officials from November 1989 until today.

            I specify also that, after the completion of the procedure at the Court on searching for criminal liability of offenders will be published a new edition of the book, which will reflect the Court attitude  on the Case and the decision which the Court will issue or refuse to issue.

            However, I am addressing myself to you not because I do trust the former  and the current state of justice in Bulgaria, Europe and the world, but because I hope one day, in the future, to have Justice.
